    BraceFXTM supports are designed to help support and relieve pain associated with mild injuries, such as strain and sprains, and to prevent future injuries. We recommend consulting a medical professional if pain or swelling persists.
  • How long until I get my order?

    All BraceFXTM orders ship the same business day. To view tracking information, login to your account or check your order status with your order ID, last name, and email address or zip code.
  • How do I check my order status?

    If you have an account with BraceFXTM, you can login into your account by clicking here or “Login” at the top of the page. Then rollover “My Account”, to display a drop-down menu, and select “My Orders”. If you aren’t registered for an account, click here or “Order Status” at the bottom of the page. You can search for your order status using your order ID, last name, and email address or zip code.
  • What’s your return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your product, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. At our discretion, we either replace or issue credit for any product proven to be defective based on proper intended use and reasonable time frame.
